4tet Laboratoire
4tet Laboratoire is a contemporary music ensemble consisting of two synthesizers and two percussionists, based in Bern. The group performs an eclectic repertoire in collaboration with composers, as it is particularly committed to performing new music. Its current artistic focus centers on interdisciplinarity, theatricality, and experimentation with pop aesthetics. In 2023, they commissioned Matthieu Shlomowitz to compose *Exploration in Polytonality and other musical wonders V.4*, which was released in 2024 on the New York-based label Carrier Records.

Chasseurs d'orage ft. Charlotte Torres
Chasseurs d’orage – Trans-Dance Piece is a concert-performance format that takes Baroque dance suites as its foundation and transposes their close connection between music and movement into the present. The audience is drawn into a collective, almost hypnotic experience that blends listening and movement. The work was composed by Charlotte Torres in close collaboration with the 4tet Laboratoire. The goal is to use acoustic instruments to create a sonic intensity and density reminiscent of electronic music.
